i found the stash of all our old VHS tapes.
i gotta get a VHS player. its time for some ebay hunting... or maybe cash converters. but the one that used to be in tampines cant still be there.... i mean, the new mall kinda planted itself on top of it. maybe the adelphi. i used to love the VHS. how you could fast forward, but you gotta keep your finger on the fast forward button. not that you cant do that with vcds and dvds, but i liked how you could hear the tape actually fast forwarding the film like literally. its pretty sad how the kids living in this spacey shiny generation like my brother will never get to experience the fastforwards and rewinds that we know and love. if they ever chance upon a VHS tape, they'll probably think its from eons ago.
with blueray, dvd's will be the new oldschool.
